EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) is a legacy vector format widely used in print and professional design workflows. Despite containing vector data, EPS files are not natively supported by modern browsers. Most current design tools require licensed software to open EPS. Converting EPS to SVG makes your artwork universally accessible.
EPS is not a direct preview input; export the source to PNG, JPEG, or WebP before upload. For EPS files containing clean vector artwork, the exported PNG faithfully represents the geometry. Upload at maximum resolution — 600dpi or higher — for the best trace accuracy.
The resulting SVG will be compatible with all modern browsers, design tools, and cutting machines including Cricut, Silhouette, and laser cutters.
