Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vectorize Image (vectorize-image.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Vectorize Image provides online tools for image upload, vectorization, format conversion, logo cleanup, SVG cleanup, logo health analysis, resizing, and related file workflows. Some tools are available without an account. Paid or account-based features may require Supabase magic-link sign-in.

3. Uploaded Content and Rights

You are responsible for the images, SVG files, text, settings, and other content you upload or submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, convert, and use that content. You grant Vectorize Image a limited license to process your uploaded content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

You may use generated outputs from the service, subject to your rights in the original content and any third-party rights that may apply. Vectorize Image does not clear trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, font licenses, or other rights for you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vectorize Image to upload, process, or create content that:

• is illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, or exploitative;
• contains malware, attempts to disrupt the service, or bypasses technical limits;
• violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights;
• contains sexually exploitative material, including any content involving minors;
• is used for fraud, impersonation, spam, or other abusive automation.

5. Output Quality and Production Use

Image processing, vectorization, cleanup, conversion, and analysis results can vary based on source-file quality, resolution, compression, colors, transparency, and complexity. We do not guarantee perfect vector paths, perfect file conversion, production readiness, color accuracy, machine compatibility, print suitability, or uninterrupted availability. Review outputs before using them for manufacturing, printing, cutting, embroidery, brand delivery, or other production use.

6. Accounts

Account sign-in uses Supabase magic-link authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used for abuse, fraud, excessive load, security threats, or violation of these terms.

7. Vectorize Pro Subscriptions

Vectorize Pro is a recurring subscription. Monthly billing is $9/month. Annual billing is $72/year. Prices do not include taxes unless shown otherwise during checkout. Stripe processes checkout, payments, subscriptions, invoices, and the customer portal.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Account > Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation may affect access according to Stripe/customer portal timing and your account status.

8. Refunds

Refund requests should be sent to support@vectorize-image.com. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case unless a refund is required by law. We do not promise automatic refunds for subscriptions, missed cancellations, unused time, output quality, or production decisions based on generated files.

9. Third-Party Services

Vectorize Image relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Vercel, Vercel Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Your use of features that depend on those providers may involve processing by those services.

10. Changes and Availability

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Liability Limits

Vectorize Image is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, failed production runs, rejected files, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iowa and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
