Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about tools, billing, uploads, outputs, and support.

Common Questions

What does Vectorize Image do?

Vectorize Image provides online tools for image upload, vectorization, SVG cleanup, logo cleanup, resizing, format conversion, logo health scans, and related production-file workflows.

What formats do you support?

Supported inputs vary by tool, but common uploads include PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, BMP, TIFF, and SVG. Common outputs include SVG, PNG, JPG, WEBP, and downloadable ZIP packages for some tools.

What is free?

For vectorization, you can create and view one protected preview without an account. Editable SVG export requires paid or complimentary access. Other tools may have their own clearly displayed limits.

What does Vectorize Pro include?

Vectorize Pro authorizes editable SVG export from the same protected result you previewed. The paid plan is a recurring subscription priced at $9/month or $72/year. Complimentary access can authorize the same export without representing a paid subscription.

How do I cancel Vectorize Pro?

Sign in, go to Account, and choose Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation timing and access are handled according to Stripe/customer portal status.

How do refunds work?

Refund requests should be sent to support@vectorize-image.com. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case unless required by law. We do not promise automatic refunds for subscriptions, missed cancellations, unused time, or production decisions based on generated files.

What happens to uploaded files?

Uploaded files are processed to provide the tool you select. Protected vector previews accept PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 4 MiB, and access to each result expires two hours after creation. Its private raw SVG and stored raster preview are then eligible for bounded cleanup triggered by application activity; physical clearing or deletion may occur later. Other tools may use different displayed limits. Vectorize Image is not a permanent file library, and provider or operational records may persist as described in the Privacy Policy.

Are files processed by third-party services?

Yes, some parts of the service use third-party providers. Logo Health Scan sends uploaded image data to the OpenAI Responses API. The site also uses Vercel hosting/functions/logs, Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Supabase for authentication and private protected-vector storage and abuse controls, and Stripe for billing.

Who owns the output?

You may use generated outputs, subject to your rights in the original file and any third-party rights that apply. Vectorize Image does not clear trademarks, copyrights, font licenses, or other rights for you.

Why should I review vector output before production use?

Vectorization and conversion quality depends on the source file. Review paths, colors, transparency, scale, file compatibility, and production requirements before using outputs for printing, cutting, embroidery, manufacturing, or brand delivery.
