Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about tools, billing, uploads, outputs, and support.

Common Questions

What does Vectorize Image do?

Vectorize Image provides online tools for image upload, vectorization, SVG cleanup, logo cleanup, resizing, format conversion, logo health scans, and related production-file workflows.

What formats do you support?

Supported inputs vary by tool, but common uploads include PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, BMP, TIFF, and SVG. Common outputs include SVG, PNG, JPG, WEBP, and downloadable ZIP packages for some tools.

What is free?

Core single-file image and logo workflows remain available for free, including standard conversion or vectorization flows where offered. Some account-based or heavier-use workflows may require Vectorize Pro.

What does Vectorize Pro include?

Vectorize Pro is for frequent and professional vector workflows. It is a recurring subscription priced at $9/month or $72/year. Availability and limits may depend on the current tool and account state.

How do I cancel Vectorize Pro?

Sign in, go to Account, and choose Manage billing. That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation timing and access are handled according to Stripe/customer portal status.

How do refunds work?

Refund requests should be sent to support@vectorize-image.com. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case unless required by law. We do not promise automatic refunds for subscriptions, missed cancellations, unused time, or production decisions based on generated files.

What happens to uploaded files?

Uploaded files are processed to provide the tool you select. Current uploads use server memory processing with a 20MB upload limit. The app is not presented as a permanent file library, but logs, metadata, browser-stored data, generated results, or provider-retained records may persist for operational, support, security, or legal reasons.

Are files processed by third-party services?

Yes, some parts of the service use third-party providers. Logo Health Scan sends uploaded image data to the OpenAI Responses API. The site also uses Vercel hosting/functions/logs, Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Supabase for auth, and Stripe for billing.

Who owns the output?

You may use generated outputs, subject to your rights in the original file and any third-party rights that apply. Vectorize Image does not clear trademarks, copyrights, font licenses, or other rights for you.

Why should I review vector output before production use?

Vectorization and conversion quality depends on the source file. Review paths, colors, transparency, scale, file compatibility, and production requirements before using outputs for printing, cutting, embroidery, manufacturing, or brand delivery.
