About Vectorize logo for stickers

A logo sticker starts with a vector file. Sticker printers and cutting machine software use the SVG paths to determine both the printed artwork and the cut line around the logo. A raster PNG logo will pixelate on the edges of a die-cut sticker and may not produce a clean cut path in Cricut Design Space.

Vectorizing your logo converts the raster graphic into mathematically defined paths. The outermost path of the logo becomes the die-cut line. Inner color fills become separate vector shapes that print cleanly at any sticker size.

For the best sticker SVG from your logo: use a PNG with a transparent or white background. Remove any drop shadows or gradients before vectorizing — flat solid colors produce the cleanest cut paths. If the logo has thin letterforms, check the SVG in Inkscape or Illustrator to confirm the cut path follows the letter outlines accurately.

For Sticker Mule: export as SVG or PDF after vectorizing. For Cricut: import SVG directly into Design Space and use the Contour tool to clean up any interior cut paths you do not need.
