About How to convert PNG to PDF

Method 1 — For logos and graphics (recommended): upload the PNG to the Logo Vectorizer to convert it to SVG. Open the SVG in Illustrator, Inkscape, or any vector editor. Export as PDF. This produces a resolution-independent PDF that stays crisp at any zoom or print size — ideal for business cards, letterheads, and print materials.

Method 2 — Windows Print to PDF: open the PNG in Photos or the Windows Image Viewer. Press Ctrl+P to open the print dialog. Select Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer. Choose the paper size and orientation. Click Print and save the PDF. The output is a raster PDF at screen resolution — suitable for sharing but not for professional print.

Method 3 — macOS PDF print: open the PNG in Preview. Go to File > Print (Cmd+P). Click the PDF menu at the bottom-left of the print dialog. Choose Save as PDF. Set the output path and click Save.

Method 4 — Online converters: tools like Smallpdf and IlovePDF convert PNG to PDF in the browser. Upload the file, set the paper size, and download the PDF. This is the quickest option for single files without design adjustments.

For best print quality: always start with the highest-resolution PNG available, or vectorize the image first for true resolution independence.
