About Convert vector to JPG

Vector-to-JPG conversion takes an SVG and renders it as a compressed JPEG image at a specific resolution. This is useful when the downstream system only accepts JPEG inputs — common in email marketing platforms, legacy CMS systems, and certain print workflows that expect standard image formats.

JPEG uses lossy compression, so some pixel data is discarded to reduce file size. For logos and flat graphics, the quality loss is imperceptible at high quality settings (85–95%). The output file is compact and immediately usable in any image-accepting context.

A key limitation: JPEG does not support transparency. If your SVG logo has a transparent background, the exported JPEG will show a solid white background where the transparency was. If you need to maintain transparency, convert to PNG instead.

For best results: use a resolution appropriate for the output (72–96dpi for screen, 300dpi for print), and set the JPEG quality to 90%+ to avoid visible compression artifacts on edges and text.
